About Moonstone

Moonstone is known as the traveller's stone. It is a talisman for a personal, inward journey -- it helps us bring forgotten parts of ourselves to light. It has a connection to the moon and it calms and soothes emotions. As a crown chakra stone, it connects us to the the divine. It is also used as an amulet of protection, and is thought to be most powerful when the moon is shining.

This teardrop shaped rainbow moonstone pendant is wrapped in copper wire and has a beautiful free flowing set of swirls around the bail. It's embellished with Swarovski crystals in Garnet. Moonstone is one of the birthstones for those born in June, and the birthstone for the zodiac sign Cancer. This piece of moonstone has a beautiful blue/rainbow flash when the light hits it from certain angles.
